We at The Red Dress want you to be happy with your purchase. We will do everything to accommodate you, but because we are a small store, Returns will be accepted for Exchange or store credit only! You may return your dress for an exchange of size,color or even style within 14 days of receipt of goods ( Please email us ASAP if there is a problem). Any item returned without authorization after the 14-day period has expired will be refused.

 A 10% Nataya restocking fee applies to each dress that is returned, plus all shipping fees apply to returns and exchanges that are returned.  Global shipping fees will also again apply for exchanges. Refunds are only given if there has been a mistake on our part,or we are unable to ship the item purchased. 

Refunds can take up to 10 -14 business days after being returned. Please call if you are returning more than one dress.

We do realize how hard it is to shop online for the right dress so you may order two dresses and return one for full refund less shipping and restock fee .The other dress may be exchanged for size,color or another style.

All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as sent, unworn, with the original tags intact.   Please exercise caution when trying on your purchase(s). Our clothing is inspected at least three times before it is shipped out. All zippers are tested and we pack everything very carefully, especially formal wear with beading and sequins. So we are very aware of anything coming back to us with "issues."  The Red Dress reserves the right to refuse merchandise returns.ANYTHING RETURNED WITH MISSING OR ALTERED TAGS, BROKEN ZIPPERS, SNAGS, TEARS, MISSING BEADS AND SEQUINS, SMOKE OR PERFUME ODORS, PET HAIR, MAKEUP, ETC. WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO RESHIP YOU THE DAMAGED/ALTERED/WORN MERCHANDISE IF YOU PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING FEES.Anything returned after the 14-day period has expired will be refused. Most dresses will ship immediately and be in your hands within 3 days ! It usually takes 5 to 10 days for Global shipping !

Please allow 1-2 weeks IF a dress or size is on B/O. Please order ahead for that special occasion or wedding. All dresses have been inspected carefully, but in the event of a manufacturing defect, The Red Dress clothing store will reimburse the purchaser for any shipping charges incurred for replacing the same style and size of dress.You have 10 days from receipt of your gown to return the dress for an exchange. Contact us first to obtain a return authorization number .Any dresses returned to us without a authorization number will be refused. Once you receive your authorization number you will need to display it on the outside of the box and dispatch the dress to Nataya Inc.(The Red Dress). 

Please remember that all special custom made to order dresses or sales items are Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable. 
We will not accept any returns that have: 

1.Stains of any kind.
2.Show evidence of any wear.
3.Any alteration of any kind. 
4.smell of cigarette smoke or perfume. 
All gowns returned must have original tags still attached to dress.

Important:Please measure yourself carefully to ensure proper fit.Please order the dress in the correct size according to your measurements. Remember, Exchanges Only! We do not issue cash refunds or credit to your credit card,we will however exchange a dress for another within our guidelines . The Red Dress clothing store reserves the right to refuse merchandise returns.Any dresses returned not in original condition will be sent back to the purchaser.
